ANNUAL CAMPAIGN MANAGER-FUNDRAISING

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Plans, manages and directs PHS fundraising efforts, creating campaigns and programs to meet capital expenditures and ongoing unreimbursed costs of the hospital. Develops fundraising strategies and oversees all aspects of annual fundraising programs.  Strongly prefer proven track record in data and analytic skills.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Creates fundraising goals and solicits funds to meet goals and objectives for PHS fundraising, implementing campaigns, techniques, and department policies and developing operating budget to achieve such goals.
Leads or participates in multiple projects, managing multiple resources.
Responsible for budget control on assigned projects.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors degree in business or related field. Seven to ten years experience in fundraising or closely related field. Skilled in donor database systems, preferably The Raisers Edge.
