Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The duties of this VISTA position are to: 1)Research and understand YouthWorks program offerings; 2) Receive professional development to leverage resources to navigate clients to connect to opportunities and assistance to advance their economic viability; 3) Enhance YouthWorks capacity to serve their youth client base to alleviate poverty; and 4) Develop YouthWorks navigation program for greater efficiency in collaboration with the Administrative Coordinator in charge of Navigator services.
