Before & After School Program Instructor

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Instructors provide direct instruction to children. They attend training and develop lesson plans that incorporate N.M. Common Core Standards, self- assessment methods and other curriculum tools to deliver quality academic enrichment programming. They plan and organize activities and projects that promote positive youth development and leadership.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Must be at least (18) years of age and have a high school diploma or GED
• Experience working in a child-care setting or after-school program environment, at least (1) year
• Current CPR/ First Aid certification preferred.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CYFD BACKGROUND CHECK.
• Early Learning and Preschool Centers 45-Hour Entry Level Course certification preferred.
