Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee daily operations of new 100 unit tax credit apartment community. Responsible for lease up to maintain 93% occupancy, re-certifications, and compliance reporting. Responsible for resident and vendor relations. Should be knowledgeable about Fair Housing laws, eviction procedures, and HUD/LIHTC rent calculations.

Suit mission driven individual, comfortable and empathetic to residents from diverse backgrounds, including special needs residents. Self starter, who can work with minimum supervision.
