Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Administrator sought to provide office management, bookkeeping and basic computer design. Duties: telephone; correspondence, data entry, bookkeeping/accounting (A/P and A/R, payroll, budget tracking) and marketing communication design support. Applicant needs outstanding oral/written communication skills, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Microsoft Office and Q/B required; proficiency with Publisher and Adobe products strongly preferred.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Part-time position for a small, extremely busy non-profit working with people with disabilities, student dog training programs and assistance dogs in training. 25 guaranteed hours per week; additional hours as needs demand. Pay $15/hr.

This position represents ADW to potential clients with disabilities, students and their families, government agencies, donors, local businesses and communities. ADW Board members are active members of the team.
