Administrative Support (PT - 20 hr/wk)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The part-time Administrative Support staff person will support the agency in pursuit of achieving our mission, to provide a safe and supportive environment for grieving children and their families.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Technology: Microsoft office proficiency with excel, word, mail merge. Familiar with website content management systems such as WordPress.
• QuickBooks: bill pay, deposit entry, credit card processing, report running. Able to trouble-shoot basic office challenges such as uncooperative printers.
• Varied tasks in a lively, robust nonprofit. Some evenings required (done by 6:30pm).
• This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Preferred Requirements:
• A long and varied history of work experience in small, entrepreneurial and nonprofit environments.

Minimum Requirements:
• 4 years administrative experience.
• 30 hours of college credit or an AA degree.
• Experience with maintaining records, attention to detail.
• Adaptable, smart, and quick-thinking.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Valid driver's license, insured and reliable vehicle to use conducting CGC business.
• Self-starter, problem-solver.
