Main Areas of Responsibility:
The administrative associate becomes a member of the school’s Administrative Team. You will support the Head of School and other school administrative staff in all work related to the management of the school; office work and planning; the occasional stint on a playground and creating interesting newsletters for the community. This job is a bit-of-everything to provide support for colleagues, students and families.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Duties include (but are not limited to) creating systems and procedures to run the administrative office(s) of the school in an efficient, accurate manner; perform administrative tasks related to student and family records, State regulations and other organizational needs; and provide excellent customer service to families, students and community members.
