Main Areas of Responsibility:
Las Cruces Office: Responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks including creation and maintenance of paper and/or electronic filing systems and mailing lists, daily mail functions, data entry, assisting coordination of volunteers, general receptionist and secretarial duties and various other projects.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Receptionist duties; handle incoming calls and messages, log calls with an accurate record of their disposition, and refer calls as necessary to the appropriate persons and places. Assisting in Helpline calls and the distribution of Association materials to callers.
