Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties in the Administration Department.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Perform duties relevant to all administrative functions such as record keeping, filing, word processing, and electronic communications;
Provide administrative support to CEO, HR Director, COO, Finance, Development Director, Quality Manager, IT;
Maintain and track corporate contracts/agreements and records;
Record and distribute minutes of various LFMC meetings in a timely manner;
Make arrangements for meetings by scheduling facilities and services according to instructions from supervisor;
