Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Assistant will conduct new hire orientation; ensure that personnel files are maintained and contain all necessary and applicable paperwork; and manage the receipt of employment applications and route applicant information to the appropriate supervisor for review prior to scheduling interviews.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Assistant will also ensure that copies of administrative forms are up-to-date and accessible and available to staff; attend staff and other meetings as necessary; and contribute to the management of donations as needed.
