Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under direct supervision provides assistance to the Executive Director on financial and other administrative matters.
Oversee client files, filing all documents in individual client files, ensuring that client name and identification appear on each page and alerting the clinical director to any issues regarding the client files.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Conduct new hire orientation, including insuring that all relevant documents are completed and filed according to federal, state and agency requirements (e.g. W-4’s, I-9’s, benefits packages, etc.). Ensure that personnel files are maintained and contain all necessary and applicable paperwork (e.g. letter of hire, raises, insurance, auto registration etc.) Ensure that background checks are completed for all staff, including students who conduct direct services and volunteers of the organization.
