Main Areas of Responsibility:
Administrative support for a small office: Answers phone, schedules meetings and supports visitors; filing, typing copying, binding, scanning, etc.; polite and professional communications via phone, email, and mail; follows up on questions and requests, maintains supplies, payment collection and bank deposits.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintains filing system. Supports executive director and property manager.
Salary Range:
$13-$15 per hour depending on experience
