Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assists in the designing, development and implementation of the A’Gin project in Northern New Mexico
Coordinates the projects implementation plan and tasks
Contributes to progress reports by supporting the WLEF Program Manager and Grant/ Data Director
Organizes and develops staffing schedules with a lead facilitator for each cohort
Develops and builds supporting relationships among media, key-decision makers and community members/ organizations, including tribal and public schools
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manages and supervises project facilitators
Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed according to the implementation plan
Actively maintains and updates the database for data collection and upkeep of on-going evaluation processes
Meets and participates in monthly meetings with funders, evaluators and other entities as necessary
Maintains confidentiality of individuals seen at TWU and through the A’Gin Project
Fill out all necessary paperwork for expenses made and other finance requests
Salary Range:
Full time pay to be discussed with employer
