While keeping track of photos, logos, graphics and quotes seems straightforward, it is often daunting, disorganized and ultimately, unsuccessful for many nonprofit organizations. Lost files and ineffective asset storage is too often the culprit of missed communications, fundraising, and relationship building opportunities. This two‐hour training will include an overview of storage solutions and best practices for organizational file management and asset storage, with an emphasis on ensuring multiple user access. The overview will be followed by a one-hour workshop, in which MediaDesk staff will assist you to kick-off a fully functional file management system that can work across your organization and team.
