ALICE in New Mexico: A Study of Financial Hardship
ALICE in New Mexico: Data Drive
United for ALICE
October 30, 11:30-1:30pm, Santa Fe Farmer's Market Pavillion
Nearly half of all New Mexicans live paycheck to paycheck. These ALICE families (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) earn too much to qualify for assistance, but not enough to make ends meet. The ALICE in New Mexico: A Study of Financial Hardship report captures the realities of these households and offers a new lens on who truly needs support. The report is available at AliceNM.org.
This event takes a deeper look at the data and what it tells us about housing, childcare, healthcare, and other essentials. How can organizations, businesses, and policymakers use it to shape more inclusive programs and policies across our state?
Join us for lunch and conversation designed to spark new ideas and connections.
