Learning Objectives

  • Review leadership models from a historical perspective
  • Analyze leadership styles
  • Develop your own authentic leadership style that aligns with your values

Description

Nonprofit leaders are often seeking ways to improve, make their teams more effective, and get things done in more meaningful ways. That can be a heavy load, so it's important to be mindful about your leadership approach.

During this workshop you will have an opportunity to learn about different leadership models, and then work through an exercise around values clarification. You'll leave this training with a better understanding of the leadership model that best suits your personal leadership style and values.
