Volunteer Management Cohort- Session 2

Would it be helpful to know other volunteer coordinators? Join the Volunteer Management Cohort to network and learn how to improve different elements of your organization's volunteer program.

Description

This cohort will meet over the course of three sessions and provide an informal space for you to meet other volunteer coordinators and discuss best practices for volunteer management. 

Session 1 will be hosted by the New Mexico chapter of the American Red Cross and will focus on how to engage youth volunteers. Register for session 1. 

Session 2 will be held at Albuquerque Oasis and will focus on recruiting volunteers to help with programming. 

Session 3 will be held at Mandy's Farm and will focus on preparing for group volunteer activities. Register for session 3.

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all three sessions so that there is ample time to network with other members of the cohort.
