Description

The nonprofit sector is guided by individuals committed to serving the community through mission-driven work. Our sector is shaped by how we individually and collectively approach this work.

During this workshop you will go through a guided self-reflection process that will help you identify and clarify your personal values. There will also be a collective discussion around how to connect our values to the work we do in the community.

Presenter

Greg Gould, MPA, LSAA, has been trained in Non-Violent Communication and a variety of leadership methodologies. Mr. Gould is a licensed substance abuse counselor, practicing in Albuquerque since 2004, working with low income families with referrals from CYFD and Metro Court.

Mr. Gould has an extensive background in food related issues and the dynamics of nutrition and health. Mr. Gould conducted a nutrition and educational series for the pregnant women of the Milagros Program of UNMH.

Currently, Mr. Gould, working with the Institute for Compassionate Community, delivers ethics workshops for social workers and mental health counselors.
