Description

Recent reports on the demographics of the nonprofit sector show that 68% of nonprofit employees are female, as are 60% of nonprofit executives. At a time of unrest and division throughout the country, it is important to ensure that the perspectives of the sector’s diversity are leveraged toward inclusion efforts.

To kick off National Women’s Month, Foundation Center has convened a panel of women leaders in the nonprofit sector to share their experiences and advice on creating more inclusive organizations. You can submit questions for the panelists in advance through this link.

There will be a facilitated group discussion following the webinar broadcast.
