Description

There is no single right way to do strategic planning. This session will share information about the importance of clarifying the mission, vision, and values of your organization. The basic steps of conducting a strategic plan will be shared along with the benefits of going through this process. Most importantly, participants will understand that this is a collaborative process with Board and staff involvement.

Presenter

Patti Ward, CFRE, is a consultant with over 25 years of experience working with nonprofits. As a Certified Fund Raising Executive, she has worked with all sizes of nonprofits in a variety of sectors, including faith-based, education, arts and human services. She empowers nonprofits to deliver their mission in a bigger and better way, and has successfully assisted organizations in implementing capital and endowment campaigns ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
