QuickBooks, the accounting software used by millions of entities, is easy to learn and use, however nonprofit organizations have specific reporting requirements and unique needs that take a little extra setup.  Find out how to structure your chart of accounts, customer and job lists, and classes to get the reports you need for your board of directors, your auditors and the IRS, including budgets by entity and funding source.
