Do you understand your organization's financial statements?  Can you compare budget to actuals?  This workshop will enable board members and executive directors to read financial statements and ask meaningful questions.

- understand how to interpret nonprofit financials
- be able to compare year-to-date actuals with the project budget
- know the warning signs of the finances going off track

Patrick Wilkins, CPA, is a partner with Clifton Larsen Allen in the assurance department.  Patrick works with nonprofit organizations, governmental contractors and privately-held businesses.
