Bring your mission statement and your elevator speech.  You will have an opportunity to shape your core message so that it becomes unforgettable.  Be prepared for a highly interactive session as you put concepts into practice.

Patrick Gabaldon, Membership Development Manager – New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union, worked as a Development Officer for United Way of Central New Mexico for the past 2 years. With over 10 years of experience in training for financial institutions, Patrick is recognized as a leader in motivating others to establish and maintain meaningful connections. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico in Communicative Disorders.

Matt Rixx is America's leading authority on the science of subliminal influence and the psychology of humor combined with the art of persuasive presentation techniques.  He is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker, executive-level leadership consultant, and a widely respected expert and trainer in the use of subliminal triggers of influence and adaptive "Story-Selling" methods.  As Matt reminds his clients, "Leadership is not about getting people to take an action – it's about getting people to believe the action you want them to take is their own idea."

Ted Jurney is Manager of Workplace Campaigns at United Way of Central New Mexico.  Ted started in the world of nonprofit development as a Loaned Executive for United Way of Central New Mexico in 2001. He was hired to join the staff of Valley of the Sun United Way in Phoenix, Arizona before being hired full time in New Mexico in January of 2003.
