Working with Volunteers from Every Generation

Registration is closed for this event

How effectively is your organization engaging volunteers?  Are you able to accommodate the Gen X and Gen Y volunteers together with Baby Boomers and Seniors?  Do you modify your projects and methods of communication for the different generations?

Differences between the generations exist and can have an effect on the success of your volunteer program. Knowing what those differences are and how to accommodate them can help you to maximize your volunteer support.  Do you provide "get in, get it done" projects of Gen Yers and mentoring opportunities for Baby Boomers?

Join us for this round robin session to learn how to engage and recognize each generation.  Gain insights and tips at the different tables, including one to discuss working with volunteering families.
