Marketing for a Good Cause

Registration is closed for this event

In marketing, strong branding and positioning your message above the competitors message is key.  However, this dynamic changes when you are marketing a community change organization.  What would be your competition in the private sector is another organization working for good in the nonprofit sector.  The competitor factor is lost.

In this session, we will take a hands-on approach to evaluating current marketing strategies and how to effectively market a good cause.  Strong branding, target messaging and strategic communication is important to your marketing plan.  The new age of social media allows your organization to position itself in front of an audience that cares for your cause.  Come and learn how your organization can turn up the heat to your marketing plan!

At the end of the training, participants will be able to take strategies back to their organization and implement them to effectively market their organization's mission.

Learning Objectives
Participants will learn to:
- effectively market their organization to their target audience
- create a brand that lasts
- use social media to help strengthen their brand
