Dates Volunteer is Needed:
Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and Saturday's from 8 am to 2 pm
Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:
Most volunteers work in a warehouse near large equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Volunteers should be in good health to perform tasks that are often physically demanding. Volunteers also help with office work, events,
help at food distributions sites, assist with SNAP benefit applications, special projects and more. Volunteers also help glean produce at homes, gardens and orchards during the growing season.
Volunteer are encouraged to help out a minimum of 2 hours per visit, but can volunteer up to 6 or 8 hours in one shift/day. We can accommodate both small and large groups of up to 50 volunteers per two hour shift.

Volunteers make it possible for Roadrunner Food Bank to distribute nearly 30 million pounds of food annually across New Mexico. Every week, 70,000 people benefit from the food Roadrunner provides through our network of hundreds of partner agencies and direct service programs.
