Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

The New Mexico Commission for Community Volunteerism (NMCCV) is recruiting Peer Reviewers to read and score New Mexico State AmeriCorps applications for the 2018- 2019 Program Year. Peer reviewers will be exposed to new and innovative ideas in their field and engage in the grantmaking process of a major state funder of service and volunteering.

Training for reviewers will take place Tuesday, May 8, 2018, 9:00am-12:00pm, with final deliberation on Friday, May 11, 2018, 9:00am–1:00pm. Total time commitment is 12-24 hours total, depending upon reading pace, over a one-week period. To be considered, apply at www.dws.state.nm.us/nmccv by 4:00pm on April 27, 2018.
