Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Cottonwood Classical Foundation (CCF) is an independent non-profit which finds resources to benefit Cottonwood Classical Preparatory School (CCPS). Founded in 2008, CCPS is New Mexico's first public International Baccalaureate (IB) World School for middle and high school students. The foundation needs board members to help CCPS maintain and grow as a leading school in New Mexico.

The students at Cottonwood Classical Preparatory School are impacted by the resources that the Cottonwood Classical Foundation can provide. CCPS outperforms most public schools, but this higher level of excellence requires more funding that the state provides. CCF helps bridge the gap.
