I am currently working as Senior Research Scientist at Bureau of Business and Economic Research. I have completed Ph.D. in Economics from University of Missouri Columbia. I also completed Agribusiness Management from Philippines. I am originally from Nepal where worked as a community organizer for about 9 years. In addition to having knowledge and skill on participatory approach, I am very good at conducting surveys, data analysis, and econometric modeling. I am passionate about participatory approach because it brings happiness in workplace and it is easy to understand and practice and its impact can be huge in any organization.
