A record of health/social services grant development, management and evaluation experience, raising 225 million in grants, designing programs on an international, national, local level with the CDC, Nat. Office of Minority Health, Nat. Institutes of Health, HRSA, SAMHSA, USAID and Head Start. PhD in Neuro-Psychology, specializing in cognitive learning and behavior change and a MS in Child Psychology. A 22 yr. career as CDC funded administrator implementing grant trainings in 15 states for over 4,000 Health Dept. HIV grantees. Work has been published in the NIH Journal of Immigrant & Minority Health. Among current clients: Nat. WIC Assoc., CDC Community Partnerships, and the Country of Sierra Leone for a distribution proposal for an Ebola vaccine.
