Description: 

Once upon a time, I was in customer service/tech support for an electronic systems company, so I do have phone skills. I've recently injured my back and have been unemployed for sometime because of it. I'm trying to get back in the swing of things and I thought volunteering would be a great way to do that, plus I get to help my community. I'm very familiar with all Windows OS, I work well with others and I enjoy helping others.
