Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

We need volunteers to help us staff the NM State Fair booth in September. You will be trained for this event and there will always be a supervisor at the booth as well. You may be asked basic questions about abortion, euthanasia, infanticide or membership. Shifts are 2 hours each time you are scheduled. We prefer people stand a majority of the time that you are in the booth, although there will be chairs to provide a break.

Our organization impacts the state of New Mexico. It helps to raise awareness and educate the public, and we take an active role in lobbying for better laws in Santa Fe.

Additional Requirements: 

We provide passes to get into the State Fair and parking is free.
Training is required and several times and days are available for everyone's convenience.
