Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History is seeking energetic, friendly, outgoing individuals to assist our Development Department with museum membership growth and retention strategies. As a Membership Volunteer, you will interact with Museum Members by providing customer service (typically over the phone). You may also represent the Museum at outreach events.

Additional Requirements: 

This is a new volunteer position at the Museum. Initially you will work to complete a project that involves making outbound calls to existing Museum Members. However, the position has potential for growth as the Development Department and the Museum's membership base grows.
