Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Serve on the NMCL Board of Directors to improve adult illiteracy.

Help assist local programs throughout the state to teach the 46% of illiterate adults. Be part of this prestigious board: meet dignitaries statewide and share in the achievements of our students. Representation from every section of New Mexico is critical to the expansion of our programs.

Board members participate in 4 meetings annually, monthly committee work in person or remotely, and special events.
