Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

World Learning, with partner Global One to One, is proud to administer the 2018 Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange program. Eleven English-speaking Iraqi youth (ages 15-18) and an adult mentor will be visiting Albuquerque July 11-25 to learn about peacebuilding and creating resilient communities. By living with local homestay host families, these young leaders will get to know daily life in the United States and build lasting friendships with Americans.

Host families provide housing, breakfasts, dinners, drop off at 8:00 am & pick up at 5:00pm each week day, and enjoy weekends with their visitor.
