Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Casa Fortaleza is a non-profit organization formed by a multidisciplinary Spanish-speaking team that works to eliminate sexual violence in the Latino community of Central New Mexico by supporting survivors and their families, and educating our community to confront and stop sexual violence.

At Casa Fortaleza we provide a comprehensive, complete, bilingual and free service in an environment of trust and confidentiality to victims of sexual violence; as well as the organization of educational events, visibility, awareness, and sensitization in the community.

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) volunteer to help us performing office tasks, creating fundraising initiatives, or organizing our child care. Your assistance will enable us to improve our client´s opportunities to heal and to build a better future for our community.
