Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Common Bond Directors serve on the board in a variety of capacities, and as a leadership team, we work together to organize activities and roles compatible with each member’s interests and schedules.  Members of the board represent the organization within the community and help raise funds through programming and networking.  We are seeking people with innovative ideas, strategic and tactical connections, and a strong commitment to helping the many LGBTQ communities within New Mexico.

The programs of Common Bond serve three distinct sectors of at-risk members of the LGBT community: young people under the age of 21, elderly people, and people living with HIV/AIDS.
