The National Museum of Nuclear Science and History is currently seeking volunteers to form a Volunteer Guild. The Volunteer Guild will act primarily as a sales force and will assist the Museum Staff in planning all aspects of the 2014 Einstein Society Gala under the direction of the Director of Development. Emphasis will be placed on promoting the event, increasing the event’s attendance, and on organizing a successful silent auction.
The Einstein Society Gala is a prestigious black tie event and the Museum’s most important fundraiser. The event features dinner, entertainment, a silent auction, and the opportunity to honor an individual who has made an outstanding contribution in the nuclear field.
