Help Others Apply For Core Benefits

Are you someone who has had a career in customer service and would like to use your skills to help those in need? If so, volunteers are needed on an ongoing basis for the Benefits Connection Center. At the Center, you can help seniors and people with disabilities find out what core benefits they may be eligible to receive. We seek mature individuals who are able to answer calls pleasantly, following a basic script; perform administrative tasks like keyboarding, printing, and faxing; and possess moderate to strong computer skills. Training will be provided. You must be able to speak clearly and hear well on the phone. Several individuals are needed to help with outreach.
