Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Lend your hands to the 2015 Mayor and First Lady’s Charity Gala! There are a variety of special event roles to fill:

HIGHLY VISIBLE VOLUNTEERS: Greeters, Silent Auction Guards, Live Auction Runners, Registration, Ushers, Extra Bid Registration, and Cashiers
Attire: Black Tie Formal required

LESS VISIBLE VOLUNTEERS: Coat Check, Silent Auction Check Out, Silent Auction Clean Up, VIP Parking, Runners/Misc
Attire: Black slacks and black shirt required (Black Tie formal not required)

AM SET UP VOLUNTEERS:set up auction tables, center pieces and chair covers
Attire: Comfortable clothing
