Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

During the first weekend in December our volunteers turn the Albuquerque Convention Center into a winter wonderland where visitors stroll through a glittering forest of holiday trees, wreaths and have the opportunity to purchase items. Festival of Trees not only marks the beginning of the holiday season but, more importantly, it helps raise funds for children with special needs here in New Mexico.
As a decorator, you will become part of this magical community event. Your creative talents will be showcased and viewed by thousands of people from throughout New Mexico and play a vital role in raising thousands upon thousands of dollars for the kids of Carrie Tingley!

We are looking for volunteers who
• enjoy and have an eye for decorating on a big scale
• can turn “supplies on hand” into magical creations

This is a great volunteer opportunity for volunteers
• with a creative flair
• that want to take on a critical role helping CTHF to raise the funds we need
