Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 10am-1pm
Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:
Position Qualifications:
Willing to maintain client confidentiality
Ability to discuss personal life situations with client via telephone
Ability to pray verbally with clients via telephone
Able to document client details accurately in file
Duties:
Telephone clients and complete their application form with them
Clearly document pertinent life details for client which are discerned during phone calls
Set client appointments and prepare and copy appointment vouchers
Advise coordinator of specific situations regarding clients
Pray with clients on telephone at the conclusion of your calls
