Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

MATCH NM is seeking at neighborhood level volunteers in northern NM. We connect bright and committed college students to high-need third graders, using effective mentoring practices to prevent students from dropping out and to grow individual potential.

Volunteer work may lead to modest honorarium for ten-hour per week position.

Organizational tasks, coordination, educational/supervisory activities, family engagement and community liaison functions will use understanding, skills and an attitude of inquiry challenging the applicant's compassion, experience and motivation for social change.
