Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Treasurer needed for adult literacy program. We need a treasurer to sit on our Board of Directors. Duties: attend monthly board meetings, write checks, review monthly financial statements and bank balance prepared by bookkeeper, oversee quarterly tax filings, prepare 990EZ.
