Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

There is a state-of-the-art playground coming to Albuquerque! With the collaboration of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NM and KaBOOM!, Saranam has been chosen to receive a beautiful, brand new playground for their homeless children. Over 200 volunteers are needed for 6 hours to build and complete the entire playground.

A safe place for the Saranam children to play is essential to their growth and development. Your help in the successful completion of a new playground will benefit all of us.

Breakfast, lunch, snacks and water will be provided.

Additional Requirements: 

Lots of tools are needed for the build. Bring rakes, shovels, hoes, sledge hammers, power drills, wheelbarrows and shovels. Wear hats and gloves. Will build in any weather.
