Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

We're seeking an energetic volunteer to act as the administrative guru for our Volunteer Program. The Volunteer Program Assistant will provide support for a growing and diverse volunteer program. In this position you will handle many administrative aspects for the volunteer program, including managing paperwork and program data.

Who Will Be Impacted Through This Project: 

The Museum hosts over 52,000 visitors a year, hosts a 10-week summer camp, and aims to be a source of science education in the community. Volunteers are key to the work we do. As the Volunteer Program Assistant, you'll have an impact on the Museum's programs and visitor experience.

You must exhibit a positive attitude and an understanding of teamwork. Enjoy data entry and be able to complete projects accurately. Be at ease meeting new people and talking to students (ages 14+) and adults
