Board Members Needed

NPBOR is the only non-profit accounting firm in New Mexico. We help other non-profits with their accounting and financial documentation needs, i.e. bookkeeping, payroll, grant reporting, 990 prep, CFO level reporting and create understandable/clear reports for their Boards through the use of sophistocated accounting software. We provide non-profits assurance that their finances are not impacted by turnover of key employees. Continuity is maintained, records are secured in a cloud-based system and we will attend our client's Board meetings to present financial reports. NPBOR also offers EDs and Boards professional Human Resources services and advice, e.g., compliance with Federal and State employment law, employee handbooks and policies. We need board members with a bias for action as we help other non-profits carryout their missions.
