Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

The Cottonwood Classical school's Foundation Board seeks new Board Members to assist with development and fundraising. The board meets six times per year to establish fundraising for the school year, and participates in the annual June Retreat. The board is assisted by a part-time Development Director who is an employee of the school.

Who Will Be Impacted Through This Project: 

Youth who attend the school - grades 6 - 12 - will be impacted by this project. Funds raised will be used for the charter school's facility space; International Baccalaureate membership; test fees; sports/extra-curricular activities and other expenses not covered by the State's funding formula for public education.
