Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:
The Board of Directors shall establish policies and perform duties prescribed by the Bylaws and such additional duties as directed by the action of the Board. The Board of Directors meet monthly and plan and attend the Annual Meeting. They serve for a three-year term and may serve two consecutive terms.
