Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Saranam is a unique, two generational program that integrates education, housing, and supportive community to help families experiencing homelessness achieve long-term self-sufficiency. Volunteers are needed to assist with life skills classes and family night activities, as well as special events. Regular classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday nights and special events are typically held on Saturdays.

We will provide any materials needed for classes that volunteers assist with.

Additional Requirements: 

Volunteers working directly with families must attend a mandatory volunteer training. These are offered bimonthly on Saturdays.
